A new vacancy has arisen with a medium to large solicitors firm based in Colchester. They are looking to add to their team - will consider all levels of experience.

The firm has a busy and motivated residential conveyancing team which strives for complete client satisfaction at every stage of the conveyancing process. They seek a team player to perform a vital role in delivering their value–added service.
Job Specification

• To deal with a broad range of residential property transactions including premium purchase and sale transactions.
• To have a good working relationship with local Estate Agents and an in depth knowledge of the property market in Colchester, Clacton and the surrounding areas.
• To manage the work efficiently and expeditiously.
• To manage client relationships and be involved in marketing activities

Person Specification:

• You will be a qualified solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer. You will be able to assume responsibility for a workload of your own and you will see your career as a specialist in residential property matters   
• You will be comfortable working in a team and you will be willing to go the extra mile for your clients and your colleagues
• You will be IT literate and used to case management systems.
