An expanding, Central London law firm have an opening for a full time, permanent residential conveyancer. The firm are looking for experienced candidates to handle quality sales, purchases and re-mortgages, mainly London leasehold property with some freehold. There will be no file opening or post-exchange and completion work as this is carried out by other members of staff. The firm is now in its sixth year and plans to further expand. They are CQS accredited, have membership of lenders' panels and A rated insurance. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to participate in business development activities and build their own network should they wish.
