Wills & Probate Solicitor

A medium sized law firm based in Hammersmith in West London have an opening for a probate solicitor in their established private client department. This is a full time, permanent position. The post will involve taking over an existing wills & probate caseload including will drafting, estate administration and Power of Attorney matters as well as being able to assist the professional deputy with some Court of Protection work in relation to a caseload of 25 cases. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience. STEP membership would be an advantage. Salary up to £40K per annum. Full job description available on request. Vacancy 15864.
