Conveyancer, Cornwall

A long established law firm with offices in London and the South West have an opening for a conveyancer to work from one of it's offices in Helston, Hayle or Penzance in Cornwall. This is a full time, permanent post. This is a busy and well established role and the firm are ideally looking for someone with at least 5 years property experience. Candidates will be required to carry out all parts of the conveyancing process from receipt of instructions/ terms of business from other members of staff to post completion work and closing the file. Work will include the conveyance of freehold or leasehold, residential, commercial and agricultural property or land. Candidates must be able to type and use a case management system.
