Head of Private Client, Cornwall

A long established law firm with offices in London and the South West have an opening for a private client lawyer working at Head of Department level. Ideally the firm are looking for a candidate to work from it's Hayle office but may consider once of it's other Cornwall offices depending on the candidate. This is a full time, permanent post. The successful candidate will undertake fee earning work involving wills, probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, care home funding and other elderly client issues. As Head of Private Client the role involves supervision of the other private client staff as well as undertaking fee earning work consisting of wills, probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, care home funding and other elderly client issues. The firm anticipate that candidates should have at least 7 years experience to be suitable for this role. SPE and/or STEP membership an advantage.
