Private Client Lawyer, Hayle, Cornwall

A long established law firm with offices in London and the South West have an opening for a private client lawyer for it's office in Hayle, Cornwall. This is a full time, permanent post. The successful candidate will undertake fee earning work involving wills, probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, care home funding and other elderly client issues. The firm are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years experience with an emphasis on probate and elderly client matters. SFE and/or STEP membership would be an advantage. Candidates must be able to type and use a case management system. Salary £30K to £45K per annum depending on experience. A full and detailed job description is available on request. Vacancy 16075.
