Commercial Property Solicitor in Harrow, Middlesex c£60,000 plus bonus

A new vacancy has arisen with a small-medium and well established solicitors firm located about 1 mile from Harrow & Wealdstone train station. One of their solicitors is retiring and they seek a commercial property solicitor to join them on a permanent basis in due course.
In the meantime they require the services of a commercial conveyancing locum. The caseload includes landlord/tenant, leasehold renewals, licensing, commercial sales/purchases and other similar general commercial property work.

They expect to need a locum from the start of June 2016 for at least a month. Start date can be flexible as linked to retirement date of solicitor leaving.

Hourly rates on the locum role are flexible. Permanent salariy likely to be in the region of about £60k plus bonus but negotiable.
