Residential Conveyancing Assistant, Skegness, Lincolnshire

A respected solicitors firm based in Skegness have a vacancy within their busy conveyancing department for a residential conveyancing assistant/secretary. Previous experience of working in a law firm and experience of working in conveyancing is preferred but not essential as training will be given. Duties will include:- filing, dealing with the daily post, photocopying, preparation of correspondence and legal documents using digital dictation and word processing. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, have strong organisational skills and an ability to maintain accurate records & diary systems and be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. The successful candidate should be a highly motivated individual with excellent inter-personal skills, fully computer literate and capable of working as part of a busy team committed to providing a high quality service to the clients.
