Residential and Commercial Conveyancer, Swiss Cottage, North West London

A law firm based in Swiss Cottage, North West London are looking for an experienced conveyancer for a full time. permanent role. The successful candidate would be handling a mixed caseload of around 70% residential and 30% commercial property work. The workload will also contain some historical matters, lease extensions and enfranchisements. Any business development experience would be welcomed. Salary levels: market rates. The firm are also interested in hearing from any locum conveyancers who could cover the workload until a permanent replacement can be recruited. Vacancy 16460.
