A new vacancy has arisen with an in house legal department in the education sector. They are looking to recruit a new Commercial Counsel to work in their Manchester offices. You will need to have a solid six to seven years commercial experience reviewing commercial agreements with suppliers; partnership agreements (service agreements with partners rather than LLPs). Ideally you need to be up to speed regarding GDPR as well.
This is a client we have worked with before - they always go through CVs very carefully and will want a complete breakdown of education and work to date with any gaps explained. Permanent post. May be open to either full time or part time work.
