A new vacancy has arisen with a large multinational education company with offices in Manchester and looking for a corporate commercial solicitor to work in house for them. You will be working as part of a small team, together with a separate legal team based in central London. The company wants someone with good experience in mergers and acquisitions, general company law, exposure to capital markets (useful but not essential) and shareholder agreement drafting.
7-8 years PQE minimum required, you will need to have a solid background with good academics, quality training and experience to date. Salary levels negotiable but anticipated to be in the region of 75k. Full time permanent role.
