A medium sized Oxfordshire firm is looking for a a company commercial solicitor to work at their Banbury office. Ideally applicants will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial work. Caseload will be fairly broad ranging to include commercial contract drafting, T&Cs, shareholder agreements etc along with transactional work (most transactions in the range of 1mil to 10mil). The role will be full-time, permament and salary will be negotiable depending on experience
