Small niche commercial law firm are looking for a commercial litigation solicitor to assist them with their current caseload on an ad hoc basis for the next 3 months (but extendable). 10-20 hours per week likely, but also possibility of no work in quieter weeks. Firm are based in Yorkshire but happy to take someone working remotely anywhere in the UK. Ideally location within 100 miles of East Yorkshire would be good for future office visits. Litigation includes construction & engineering disputes, insolvency litigation along with Financial Services disputes. Hourly rate - we are pretty certain this will end up at 35 per hour due to levels of competition. Feel free to indicate higher, but we are probably quite accurate with 35..
