Due to re-structuring, an Essex based law firm have an opportunity to take on a specialist litigation lawyer. The firm deal with a mixed caseload of general civil litigation, some contentious probate along with landlord & tenant work and debt recovery. At present the work is shared out amongst the partners thus limiting the ability for development and growth in this area.

The firm are wanting to take on a litigation solicitor to take over all the litigation work and build up a dedicated litigation department. Thus, the vacancy would be suitable for a solicitor or legal executive with a number of years experience, a breadth of knowledge who wants to take on a challenge of running and developing their own department.
