In House Legal Department based in Central London seek a Commercial Contracts lawyer to work a 13 month fixed term contract. The company deal in data analysis in the motor industry and have offices across Europe. Their In House Legal Counsel is looking for a commercial contracts lawyer to cover for the existing contracts manager who is going on maternity leave. They are keen to get someone who specifically has experience amending and managing contracts and running their own workload, albeit with supervision from counsel. One major requirement is that you really must have the ability to read and understand communications in French, Spanish or German as well as English. The company want someone with at least 2 years' experience in a commercial contracts role ideally. Contracts will include sales & partner contracts, subscription agreements, non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, product and service descriptions. The role is full-time and salary level will be 35k-42k plus a range of company benefits including private health insurance. The role commences on October 1st 2020 and finishes on October 31st 2021. The successful applicant will need to be comfortable working from home indefinitely. Full job specification available on request.
