A well established firm based in Rotherham is looking for 2 conveyancers to work remotely from home. Applicants must be able to manage a residential caseload from home without supervision and without secretarial support. Bearing that in mind, applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential work and be IT savvy. The work will be carried out logged onto the firm's servers so applicants must have good internet facilities at home. There will be an intial one week's training on their systems. We are yet to establish whether this can be done online or whether it might require a trip to their offices. The roles will be full-time and on a consultancy basis on a 50/50 fee share basis. The firm have come into a new and large stream of conveyancing work so there will be enough work to fill full-time hours and the 50/50 fee share should provide a good income.
