A medium sized firm are looking for a contentious probate lawyer to manage a caseload at their Bedford office. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' PQE in Litigation with a focus on Debt Recovery, Challenging Wills, Dispute Resolution- Executor & PR/Trust/Court of Protection, Estate Administration, Inheritance Act Claims, Bankruptcy & Insolvency and Professional Negligence. The post is full-time, permanent and salary levels will be 35k-45k depending on experience.
