A law firm in Central London are looking for a corporate/private equity locum to join their team as a consultant on a part-time basis. This is a remote working role.

The role will have a specific focus on advising both start-ups and investors on various start-up funding rounds, but it will also touch on other corporate queries, such as:

" Company sales and acquisitions;
" Business sales and acquisitions;
" Share buybacks;
" Share transfers;
" Issuing new shares; and
" Shareholders' Agreements and Articles of Association.

It is important that you are able to run with these queries, so the firm are looking for someone with significant experience.
