A law firm in Doncaster is looking for a wills & probate locum to provide maternity leave cover on a remote working basis starting as soon as possible. This will be part-time for at least 6 months and will probably be ongoing. You will be covering for one of the firm's directors and the role will involve assisting junior members of the practice with technical matters and, of course, some casework, drafting wills, advising on and setting up trusts, and dealing with probate matters.
