A niche corporate and commercial law firm is looking for a lawyer to work at their office located near to Liverpool Street station in Central London. The role will be hybrid working with 2 days per week worked from home.
 
The firm is looking for a solicitor with a minimum 5 years' PQE to join them - they act for a number of large multi-national companies, particularly in the Far East and look after UK operations for them as well having a growing number of domestic clients. Caseload will be "80-90% general commercial work" but will include:
 
·Data protection generally and, in particular, data flows to and from the UK
·Intellectual property
·IT
·E-commerce
·Sale of goods and services, including cross border
·Consumer law
·Product liability
·Outsourcing
·Agency and distribution
 
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be 80k plus.
