Private Client Locum in Essex - 1-3 months - full-time office-based role

A multi-office law firm in Essex are looking for a private client locum to help out on a full-time basis starting as soon as you are able. This will be for an initial period of 4 weeks with the possibility of an extension of up to 3 months.
 
The current caseload includes:
 
·Will instruction and preparation.
·Applications for Grants of Representation and full estate administration.
·Lasting Powers of Attorney, to include preparation and registration of documents.
·Court of Protection applications.
           
 Key tasks will include:
 
·The conduct of matters on behalf of clients.
·Daily management of support staff/secretaries.
·Financial management of client files to include collection of monies on account and billing procedures.
·Development and expansion of the department.
 
You will need a minimum of 5 years' PQE and this is an office-based role as hybrid/remote working is not available.
