A major building construction company are looking for a conveyancing locum to help out starting as soon as you are able until the end of December 2025. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week and remote/hybrid working is not available so you will need to be able to attend the firm's offices in Bury St Edmunds for the duration of the placement.
 
The caseload will encompass both freehold and leasehold transactions with the primary focus being on part-exchange buy-ins and re-sales, with some involvement in new build matters. While limited administrative support will be available, the role requires a high degree of autonomy, and you must be self-sufficient in generating your own correspondence and documentation.
