A new vacancy has arisen with a large education company based in central London. This is a multi-million pound, multinational company with an expanding in-house legal department. They seek a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with excellent experience in mergers and acquisitions, general company law, exposure to capital markets and banking (useful but not essential). Central London firm background sought. Ideally after someone with 7-8 years PQE minimum in a city law firm. This is an opportunity to move in house and work fairly regular hours - 9am-6pm, although this is a company working at a very fast pace with varying hours at time across a range of time zones due to their locations around the world.. Office located a 3 minute walk from Chancery Lane Underground Station. The role will be full time and permanent.

The company offer a competitive base salary plus bonus (10% in previous years), health insurance, pension contributions and package.
