A rapidly expanding private equity backed telecoms company are looking to recruit an in house legal counsel to oversee the integration of their acquisitions. Multinational operations in a range of companies and there have been over 20 companies taken over so far in the past 10 years. The company have decided to develop a new position for a 3-5 year PQE corporate commercial counsel to be responsible for overseeing the internal legal work across the group. Reporting to the CFO you will be reviewing shareholders agreements, NDAs, restructuring entities and all aspects of general corporate commercial work. Salary up to 60k with package. Role will be based in Leatherhead, Surrey. Start date as soon as you are able.
