A very well established financial services firm is looking to open a law firm so they can be a "one stop shop" at their Belfast office for financial and legal services. They are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE to head up this new legal department. They will provide premises, clients and admin support and the package will be a competitive salary plus a 25% equity stake. They are looking for someone with commercial litigation expertise and any additional insolvency, debt recovery or conveyancing experience would be welcome but not essential. The role will be full time and permanent.
