A small, well established solicitors' firm based in central London (nearest tube station is Bond Street) are looking to recruit a wills & probate and hopefully a conveyancing solicitor to take over from a departing fee earner.

The firm do not recruit regularly and this is a small friendly practice dealing with a mix of individual and company clients.

They are looking for someone interested in developing their career with a smaller niche firm and build their career at the practice.

All options considered - the firm have no pre-requisites as to level of experience - but they are looking for someone keen to deal with good quality wills & probate work in a small friendly law firm. The previous incumbent undertook a bit of connected property work alongisde the probate, but this is not essential. The mix is 40/60 property/private client.

The same firm are also looking at recruiting a private client locum to cover until they manage to fill the vacancy permanently. Part time or full time also considered. Start date for the locum role will be in the next 2-3 weeks.

NB: the firm may well consider a part time private client lawyer on a permanent basis as an alternative to a mix of property and private client.
