London Solicitors Firm - Fully Remote. Ideally full time but part time considered. Firm looking for someone specifically with the following experience:
a. Drafting/reviewing leases/deeds of variation/surrenders and regrants/deeds of rectification, advising in relation to the same, arranging completion and submissions with the Land Registry.
b. Drafting/reviewing contracts and transfers relating to freehold property, advising in relation to the same, arranging completion and any and submissions with the Land Registry.
c. Drafting/reviewing licences to assign/licences for alterations/deeds of covenant/any other documents typically required under a residential lease, advising in relation to the same, arranging completion and any and submissions with the Land Registry.
