A very well established New York law firm that specialises in corporate finance is looking for a solicitor to work out of their soon to open London branch office. They are looking for a "securities transactional lawyer ooking for a growth job opportunity and to work as part of a U.S based law firm. Candidate must present have at least 3 years of securities experience but we will train under US securities laws." The firm is expecting to open the office in September and for the role to commence in October/November. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary negotiable depending on experience.
