A boutique Bristol law firm is looking for a solicitor to work in the property department at their office located just off junction 1 of the M48. Please note, there are no public transport links to the office so own transport is more or less essential. The successful applicant will be managing a caseload of primarily commercial property work but also some high-end residential property work. The role also involves supporting the corporate department in property matters pertaining to the sale or acquisition of businesses. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year's PQE within property work. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience.
