Housing Litigation in Blackpool

A Blackpool alw firm is looking for a litigation lawyer to work part-time at their office located close to the WInter Gardens. They need an experienced litigator to deal with a caseload including contentious property related matters especially landlord and tenant, Housing Act, planning and insurance litigation as well as act as the firm's COLP and COFA. Applicants must have significant experience including drafting and responding to letters before action, preparing witness statements and other Court documentation essential as well as ability to research points of law. Execution and case management skills more important than abstract legal advice. The role will be permanent, part-time (2 days per week) and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
