Stoke-on-Trent based firm require an experienced residential conveyancing locum on a full-time basis to assist with a backlog at their offices in Trentham. This assignment is expected to run for around 3 months. Ideally, the firm are looking for someone to be office-based 5 days per week from 9am to 5pm, although they might consider some home working once training on the systems has been provided. The firm use MatterSphere which is very simple to use and you would be expected to log into the Purple Bricks online system and update daily. Secretarial support will be available to open and close files and to do AP1 and draft transfer deeds.
