Niche commercial law firm based in central London seek a corporate commercial locum solicitor to assist them until they recruit permanently. They had a lawyer due to join them at director level but unfortunately the appointment has not gone ahead at the last minute so the firm are now in need of cover for the time being - likely to last up to 6 months but the firm will take someone available for a shorter length of time. Remote working completely, but a full time role. Work is primarily corporate - seems to be centred around mergers & acquistions work plus some associated contracts work. Inter company agreement exposure particularly welcomed. Start as soon as you are able.
