A well-established and well-respected law firm in Margate, Kent are looking for a child care locum to help out while they recruit permanently for the role. You should be a Child Care solicitor, chartered legal executive or lawyer with strong advocacy skills and experience of dealing in all aspects of children law. You must be experienced in running your own caseload, working independently and remotely when the need arises due to court commitments. The firm represent clients at meetings with social services and most days at the family courts throughout Kent and sometimes at the High Court in London. Office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and up to 40% remote working is available. Children Panel Accreditation is desirable but not essential for this role.
