A multi-office law firm are looking for an employment locum to help out until at least June 2023. This is to provide cover while the department is in run-off and the contract could possibly be extended. The work can be carried out on a mostly remote working basis although occasional attendance at the firms offices in Manchester and Leeds may be required.
 
The case load is mixed comprising mainly union files with a significant amount of discrimination files. You should have significant litigation experience, claimant only preferred, and should be able to hit the ground running. Experience and knowledge of ET practice and procedure essential.
 
The firm are happy to consider either a fixed-term contract or hourly rate.
