Corporate Administrator sought by a large multinational company in London. Maritime sector. Looking for assistance within the legal department.  The role has the following scope:
1.Client KYC requests (banks/ escrow/charterers/suppliers)
2.Company secretarial assistance/support
3.Maintenance of corporate records and structures
4.Assistance with bank accounts opening process
5.Support with company formations/closures
6.Other legal administrative work as needed
Role would suit a Corporate Administrator.  This is very much a hands on administration role. Full time, office based, start asap.
