Civil Litigation Solicitor in Woodford Green, Essex

A new vacancy has arisen with a firm based in Woodford Green, Essex - about 50m from Woodford tube station. They seek a 2nd solicitor to join their litigation department and handle a mixed civil litigation caseload. Permanent full time post.

The partner has given us a flavour of the work which involves:

• Commercial and public authority debt work - the firm have contracts locally with public and private companies and organisations.
• Property litigation - acting for landlords and tenants on various issues.
• Boundary disputes, party wall agreements.
• Employment law matters - not essential.
• Commercial liitgation - partner disputes, contract issues etc..
• Some personal injury, clinical negligence and family, but not a lot and not essential.
• The work is general civil litigation, described as anything coming through the door, which can be varied and a challenge at times!
