Residential Conveyancer, Central London

A solicitors firm in the City of London is seeking a residential conveyancer for a full time, permanent, salaried post. Full caseload mostly leasehold. The firm will consider applications from solicitors, licensed conveyancers or legal executives with around 3+ years PQE. CQS experience is desirable but not essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, aptitude for business development and IT literacy required. Although candidates are required to undertake their own typing, there will be little post-exchange and completion work, which is fulfilled by others.
