Conveyancing Lawyer in Reading, Berkshire to £50k

Conveyancing Fee Earner sought by Reading firm of medium size and Legal 500 status. Work will include:
"         Sales, Purchases and Re-mortgages
"         Freehold and Leasehold Conveyancing
"         Transfers of Equity
"         Equity Release Schemes
"         Leasehold Enfranchisement
"          Acquisitions of land or property for development
Firm seek an experienced licensed conveyancer, solicitor or legal executive to work alongside the current CQS nominated Head of Department, a Partner, with a view to being his successor as the Head of Department within a short period of time to allow him to take on other roles as required in the partnership. The successful applicant must therefore be able to meet the criteria set by the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme to be able to be appointed in this role.
For guidance purposes, the firm will be considering salary levels of £40K - £50K for this specific role dependent on candidate experience.
This exciting opportunity will enable the successful candidate to assist in promoting, developing and marketing the Property Department.
