Small niche solicitors firm based in London N3 (closest tube station is Finchley) seek a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join them. The firm undertakes a range of work but picks up quite a bit of new build together with straightforward estate agent referrals. The work is solely residential conveyancing although the firm also gets commercial property work in as well from time to time.
Salary levels negotiable. The firm do not want to set a range in order to avoid discounting any potential candidates. Quality is the key for them. The post is a replacement in a sense but also expansion because their workload is heavy.
