A solicitors firm based in Market Drayton in rural Shropshire are looking to recruit a property lawyer on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate would be handling a caseload of between 100 and 150 of mostly residential work but with around 20% commercial/agricultural work. The firm has good professional contacts and a strong client base and the property department has shown year on year growth for the previous 4 years. Secretarial support is provided and the firm has it's own case management system. Any practising certificate, courses and professional membership fees will be covered.The firm are looking for candidates with over 2 years experience and are looking to pay around £25K to £30K per annum depending on experience.
