A medium to large sized firm with offices across Shropshire and North Wales is looking for a commercial property solicitor to work at their Oswestry office.
Mixed range of work :
Landlord and tenant cases
Purchase and sale of agricultural, commercial or residential development land/properties and premises sold with vacant possession/subject to tenancies
Conditional contracts, option agreements and overage
Mortgage and legal charge documentation and lenders' instructions for drawdown of funds required for commercial, development and agricultural land transactions
Transfer of equity and partnership commercial/agricultural property transactions
Joint ventures and promotion agreements

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial property work.
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
