A Central London firm is looking for a senior employment solicitor to head the department at their office located a 3 minute walk from Old Street Underground Station.
Applicants must have solid employment law experience in advising on day to day HR queries from clients (including: disciplinary and grievance procedures, sickness absence, performance management, contract and policy reviews), TUPE, managing employment tribunal litigation, and also providing advice to senior executives in the City of London.
This role will suit a self-starter, who has the ability to work closely with the established Commercial Property, Immigration and Corporate Commercial Teams, whilst assisting the wider team on winning new business and retaining strong relationships with existing clients. In return, he or she can expect to benefit from a supportive platform to help build and develop an employment law practice.


The role is full-time, permanent and salary Levels will be negotiable depending on experience but will be competitive.
