A medium to large sized firm with offices across Shropshire and North Wales is looking for a Court of Protection solicitor to work at their Shrewsbury office. This is a great opportunity to get involved in this niche area of law in a close and supportive environment enabling use and development of skill set.
The role will provide exposure to high quality, complex and varied work with regular client contact. We have particular expertise in brain injury cases, which comprise the bulk of the caseload.
Will be required to show that they have the ability to build and develop strong relationships and possess a compassionate approach in acting in the best interests of vulnerable clients. Would suit NQ-2 year PQE candidates.
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
