SaaS company looking for a commercial contracts lawyer to assist with maternity cover. General counsel going on maternity leave between September 2021 and March 2022 and company will need someone to review commercial contracts during ths time. The company has very large customers so their contract reviewing is of particular value to them. Likely to be around 2 days of work a week and the company need a locum to work closely with their sales team and provide them the support they need.
