A well established Warwickshire firm is looking for a commercial property fee earner to work out of their Central Leamington Spa office. The firm is happy to consider solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial property work. The successful candidate will be able to carry out residential conveyancing work as part of their caseload if desired but this is not essential and will be entirely optional. The role will be based at the office but every fee earner has their own individual office and face to face meetings with clients are kept to an absolute minimum so the working environment is as Covid secure as possible. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
