Two new locum vacancies have arisen with a medium sized Plymouth solicitors' firm who are looking at taking on the following (both remote):
1. Residential Conveyancing Locum - 3 months but potentially ongoing.
2. Commercial Property Locum - 3 months but potentially oingoing.
Hours - flexible - the firm can accommodate a part time or full time locum and also happy with flexible hours to fit commitments etc..

Start date - next week or the week after - they could also consider someone starting a bit later.
The firm are very busy and in need of assistance. They are going to try using someone remotely and would be looking at starting off with a 3 month term with the potential to be longer or ongoing if all goes well.
They have a team of 8 fee earners in their residential conveyancing department (used homes) and 6 fee earners in their commercial property & investment team.
If you live near Plymouth they would be happy for someone to work out of their offices all or some of the time, but they are also happy to take someone on a fully remote basis.
