There has apparently been a rather large surge in work for IP lawyers with EU trademark expertise (I can't imagine why!). A law firm who operate an online service are looking for an EU qualified IP Lawyer able to do EU Trademark work to join and take ad hoc work as and when it comes up. The hourly rate will be 70-80 per hour. We have been working with this firm for over two years now and have a number of consultants working via the platform. It seems to work extremely well.

The role is completely remote - no office based work involved. Flexible hours.
