In-house Legal Department based in Central London seek a Commercial Contracts lawyer who is fluent in both English and German. The company deal in motor industry data and have offices across Europe. Their in-house Legal Counsel is looking for a commercial contracts lawyer to join them and assist in the department. They are keen to get someone who specifically has experience amending and managing contracts and running their own workload, albeit with supervision from counsel. The company want someone with at least 2 years' experience in an in house commercial contracts role - contracts will include sales & partner contracts, subscription agreements, non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, product and service descriptions. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels around the 50k mark. Office based close to Covent Garden and Temple Underground Stations but likely to be lots of scope for working from home as well as flexibility in terms of working hours.
