A new vacancy has arisen with a consultant operating via one of the larger law firms and handling residential conveyancing. In the strange world of work we currently live in, the consultant is wanting to take some maternity leave, but as she is self-employed as part of this larger firm, she needs to find and pay a locum to cover her caseload.
Starting immediately, you would have the benefit of an assistant as well to help, but you would be working completely remotely and the consultant thinks this is a full time requirement. I suspect the consultant may decide on slightly less hours over the week to keep it affordable. Duration - likely to be a minimum of 3 months and more likely to be 6-9 months.
