A medium sized Central London firm of excellent reputation is looking for a part-time commercial solicitor to work at their office located within a 2 minute walk of Chancery Lane Underground Station. The role will most likely be 3 days per week and candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' PQE. Role will be to review and advise on mixed commercial contracts such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, distribution agreements etc primarily of an international nature as well as giving initial advice on other corporate matters such as IPO, M&A. The role will be permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience.
